[Resolved]  Umamani Home Creation — Doing fraud land business

I booked a plot with due agreement by paying 2 lacs, but they did not give me the land even after 1.5 yrs. When i call them they do not pick up the phone and always said that the land will be ready for possession within 2 months.They sold the same plot to others without informing me. This is a great cheating company.
Please stay away from this real estate company.

I THINK ALL MISUNDERSTOOD THERE MUST BE SOME OTHER REASON I HAVE GOT MY PLOT REGISTRATION FAITHFULLY FROM S.K. MISHRA BARAMUNDA BRANCH WHO IS A SR. MANAGER THERE.U SHOULD HAVE WAIT I GOT IT LITTLE LATE BUT I HAD WAITED WITH PATIENCE . THAT IS NOT A FAKE COMPANY...
Ihad also booked a plot in chikun garden project and i hope everything is all right. i l take that plot in from there barmunda branch all the papers are all right there is no problem . as a customer i am satisfied with them
umamani home creation is not a froud company as i know it from last 1year.i got my plot registered recently.before 2 months i m little bit worry but now i m very much satisfied with there MD.he is a very nice and decent person.so the company is not bad.u can trust them no problem.

I disagree with the above complains . I was a customer of Baramudnda branch of their project CHIKUNGARDEN.i discussed with MR.S.K MISHRA he is the A.G.M of the branch.He is very cooperative and truthful person.I have to wait for 5 months but i registered my plot and have no complications further.
I m Ramachandra Kundu from talcher.I booked a plot in limoon city before 2 months and i m very close to book a plot in chikun garden.I had already searched and verified about the company and came to know that its a very well established and a pvt. ltd. one.and there is no risk to dealing with them .i will tell people that u can do own a good plot by contacting with the A.G.M of their baramunda branch.
I and Mr.smrutiranjan mishra are working together in a public sector . we both are now very satisfied with the umamani services .i inspired by mr. mishra to take the plot and both are disagree with the complaints.

I first disagree with the above comments that Umamani is doing fraud. Please tell me any one of theBuilder name who is actual right in there place.There must be some kind of activity which dissatifies the customer.
I know Mr.Staya Kam Mishra(SK Mishra) who is a very good person stands as AGm in that company who is very honest and deliver the assigned plots to the customer .Yes I agree the time may change due to some government activities or company's rule and regulation.But everybody are gettingthere booked plots as they have booked on time.I can suggest people can deal with SK mishra for Limoon city which is a very good project in the satellite city of Bhubaneswar.Limoon City has a very good future compare to other projects o[censored]mamani.
I am facing similar issues with Umamani, having booked a plot since last 2 years, but they have not given registration and delaying things. Not sure if they have any motivation to give the plot or not.
All those who are making claims about getting about there plots registered, can you give me the number or contact person of SK Mishra or anybody else or suggest how do i get my plot and registration.

By reading all the above discussions, I came to know that, most of the comments are posted by any body from Umamani builders rather than the actual customers. All most all builders are fake in many sense at Bhubaneswar, but put your effort and any way try to get your plot either by request or by force. Best of luck...

All allegations made in the above posts are baseless and have been written in order to defame an organization which has been satisfying customer requirements for many years now.

I am writing this employee o[censored]mamani home creation Pvt. Ltd and I found the company to be legally correct and has maintained its integrity over the years.

It is actually disheartening to see the above posts which have been created over sheer jealousy o[censored]mamani's success in the real estate sector.

People writing such stuff should refrain from doing, this is not only misuse of Internet as a medium to express views but also a cheap publicity stunt aimed at earning a quick few bucks.

A stunt of such sorts not only tarnishes this image but also creates negative vibes in the customers mind.

From a social point of view people indulged in this sort of mischief should think of the repercussions this might have on the coming generations.
I had booked plots at Chikun garden by paying Rs.2.5 lakh in June 2009 .The .In the agreement it was mentioned to hand over in Oct 2009 then extended up to Dec 2009, Mar 2010, July 2010, but after that no communication from umamani...Im now thinking for legal action against Umamani...officials including MD Sri Naik & his wife Direcctor
It would be better Govt should go through all documents o[censored]mamani..& take stern action .

Herwith I am sugesting to you. While Buying a Plot from any company. Please verify the following fundamental things. such as:
1) Registration of company and its object cluase
2) The status of Owner & their past histry ( whether linked with any fraud company)
3) check all land documents (like Power of attorny, Pata, EC - get yourself and meet to old customer, collect a map duly signed by MD -collect from company, whether plot is belongs to Chaka & BDA approval- chech from BDA).
4) Please avoid always Instalment facility. Becuase new company ever cheated to customer. The realestate company are growing like mushroom in BBSR.
4) If any realestate company is doing Film production & Album etc then I suggest dont invest in this company. Becuase this kind of company often cheated to customer.
5) If any company having lots of vehicle, staff & overhead then avoid to buy plots in Instalment.

6) If you have money then buy and get possession immediatly otherwise I will suggest you to Invest the same instalment money in GOLD or MUTUAL FUND. You will get very return rather cheated by company.

7) If you feel that you are cheated by company then simply write to Police SP office & Crime Branch, Bhubaneswar. As a result you will save lots of people from cheating.

Please advice to every person every day.

yes it is true.. The same umamani is making sales deed to more than 3-4 parties for same plot.. make a call regarding buying a already sold plot. they will say yes it is still could be booked..
I have just booked a land in chikun gardens wherein i have already paid them 5 lacs ...somebody pls help to know its credentials as i stay in mumbai and the project manager calls every now and then for the money...i have bought 8000sqft of land ...is my money safe or should i lodge a complaint if i don't get the possesion of land in april 2011 as promissed by them to me...
