[Resolved]  UMAMANI HOME CREATIONS — PLOT not registered yet and BOND date is over

I have booked a plot from UMAMANI Home creations in OUTRIGHT mode in DEC 2010 and as per the bond they decided to do the registration by MAy2011. I have booked 3000 SFT from project "CHIKUN GARDEN " for PLOT no 1536 and KHATA no 213 and SUB plot no. 38 & 39.


However once MAY is over when Contacted they informed that it will take 2 more months and they will deliver the Land by July 2011.

And again when i conacted theem they informed me that the LAND IS HVAING DISPUte and can not be delivered.

They have issued 2 official letters and a BOND. They didnt abide by the BOND and also I am quite not sure if really there is any dispute on the LAND as they have given the EC paper and have done proper registarion from the selle
