Unicon Real Estate Pvt Ltd — Credit Note amount 1.25% not received, more than 1 year gone

I Booked flat in Techomes (137 Sector, Noida) Shubhkamna builders through Unicon Real Estate. Unicon gave me credit not of 1.25%, which is not given till now. Its more than 1 year past and every time I get different and strange excuses. You can also seem my below mail which I never got reply also. I sent 4-5 reminder but never got reply.

I visited many time to "D-221,Sector 63 Noida." and "Sector 62 Noida" office, but didn't got satisfactory response.

I cancelled my booking from "The Realty Lounge" and booked a flat in Techomes (137 Sector, Noida) almost 3 Quarter ago

It was promised by Unicon to give discount money of 1.25% once I do payment of 40% of total cost. Its almost 6 month I am chasing Unicon to get the status. Every time I am getting a new excuse. like payment not released from builder,,,, its new year Diwali occasion, its Christmas/New Year Occasion,,,, staff's are on leave,,,, There is software upgrading,,,, credit not generated from Delhi,,,, current month closing going on,,,, financial year ending doing staff work,,,. and so on....


In order to get better service I moved from "The Realty Lounge" to "Unicon India". I hope I have not taken any wrong decision.
All my colleagues booked flat from "The Realty Lounge" already got their discount money and also confirmed with builder that they have already released the money for those who have done the booking when I booked it.

I am hoping to get my money in my account in this financials year itself.

Do you require any information from my end? If not, Please process my Credit Note amount and credit same to my account.
