[Resolved]  Uniform In A Box — Poor service

I paid for my school kids uniform on 18th May 2011 to company called “uniforminabox” which was recommended by Gopalan international school, where my son is studying 7th standards. The uniforminabox promised to deliver uniform on or before 31st May but it failed to stand by the commitment. Later the company communicated me that it would be delivered on or before 25th Jun 2011 and again failed to stand by the commitment. Now the company is saying that it will be delivered in the first week of July. This is very annoying and do not understand the reasons for delay and breaching the trust.

I would like to seek your help in resolving this issue and the appellant company should understand the pains that we underwent for last one and half months. No response to the telephone call as well as my personal visits to the company.
