Uninor — Automatically lapse 350 second of Tariff of Rs 99

Sir/Madam I recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 19/09/13 with Rs 99 and i got 15000 local second validity till 10/10/13. But on 23/09/13 my remaining 350 second lapse automatically. Please credit my 350 min to my account which already automatically lapse. This happened from last three month. Please take necessary action to avoid this type of problem to customer.
