Uninor — deduction of wrong balance

My name is Kaushal Saxena and my uninor no is [protected].there is wrong deduction of my balance daily i called many times to customer care but they did not give the proper output and deduct the money per day.please help me and reverce my balance in my account and present time customer care executive did not talk with me.please help.
