GPRS — Error in gprs

Dear sir
i have big issue to connect internet
i have activate pack rs 98 in wich get 85 mb/day. But when i connect to gprs balance will be deduct.
And we cannot play any online vedio or songs
downlord not suport above 3 mb.
Customer agent not entertain properly. Give worng info regarding my Q.

uninor gprs serives has problem, no link for mobile, internet service not active. bogus link 10.58.10.58, 8080 gprs authentication error stil today

Very urgent need of microsim for existing customer

My telenor number is [protected]. I have been trying to get microsim for my telenor num but unfortunately am unable to find telenor stores near my location.i request concerned authorities to help me in getting a microsim immediately.
