I wish to make a complain which is as following --
I am using uninor connection no.- [protected].Yesterday[protected] morning at 10:00 am (approx) I got a call from uninor customer care, I had received the call and immediately disconnected it as I was not interested about that call.After that I had received some sms from customer care that a caller tune was activated in my no. and Rs-20 had been deducted.Then immediately I called to customer care,one customer care executive attended the call and I asked him why this caller tune has been activated though I did not request for any caller tune.Then he took some time for check and assured me that request from caller tune was not from my(customer) side and caller tune will be deactivated and Rs-20.00 will be refunded in my account immediately.I asked that executive to register a complain regarding this.But he was reluctant to register a complain.At that time my available balance was Rs.- 15.67.But after that caller tune was deactivated but the deducted amount was not refunded in my account.Again I dialed customer care 2-3 times but nobody was ready to register complain and they suggested me to talk to their senior executive.Then today[protected] at 10.00 am (approx) customer care executive Mr. Pranab Nandi attended the call and again assured me this matter will be resolved within 3 hrs and the deducted amount will be refunded after their internal investigation and today also the executive Mr. Pranab Nandi refused to resister the complain again.But the matter yet not resolved.I feel customer care executives give false assurances only.I think no transparency is there in uninor.
So,I request you to look into this matter seriously as all of my communications with customer care is recorded(voice recording systems in uninor customer care) and at my yesterday's first call (10.00 am approx) with customer care executive, he agreed that this caller tune was activated by uninor without my request and the money deducted will be refunded immediately.But the deducted amount not yet refunded.I feel this type of activities occured by uninor to customer is a harassment to customers and very unethical activity.Customer care executives should register complains and take action in due time if customer is facing some problem.But I once again regret to say that this does not happen in my case.This type of attitude/activity from a mobile service provider is really unacceptable.
