[Resolved] Uninor — Bed Management & Customer Services | |||
I was using uninor last 2 months. I submitted all required document to retailer. But without any information they bared my incoming and outgoing services. I called uninor customer care for the same problem they told me your address verification has been failed & resubmit document to resume services. I staying same address (that I was submitted) since last 2 year & I submitted valid documents to uninor but don’t know how can they failed my address verification. I ague that my all document is correct then why I need to submitted again? I think that uninor verification department is not doing his job carefully. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have activated Uninor message service of Rs.36 in last 3-4 days but I am unable to send any kind of messages over network. So whatever issue I am facing told to Uninor customer care representative and they have suggested me some setting first time and I have gone in the way and second time they told me that you will have to keep minimum 60 paise balance in account, then I recharged my accound of Rs 15 So I tried in that way but though I am not able to send messages to second party.
So I want to know what is the problem in solving this issue. Each representative suggest different solutions I want proper solution from Uninor Customer Care Service. If it is possible to solve this issue let me know otherwise I'll have to do port this number.
Try to provide me Uninor service Good way for a log time.
So I would like to request you to solve issue as soon as possible.
