Uninor - SIM Card Activation - outgoing facility not provided since its purchase.

Dear sir,

i have purchased the uninor no :09059300994 last week. since then it has not been provided with outgoing facility. i was advised by the dealer to get an initial recharge.of rs 50/- so that it gets activated for out going calls which i promptly did. however, it turned out to be wastage. Frequently, i followed the matter but not receiving any exact reasons.

i did felt happy while subscribing to Uninor number. but it could not last long. sir please address my grievance.
