[Resolved]  Uninor — Sim Card expired without any prior intimation

Dear Sir,


Mobile no not working from 3 days,


Without any prior notice my mobile number -[protected] uninor company cut my service ,my number is not working from last 3 days,
It shows that My number does not exist.when i called call center-The person who attended my call does not have any proper reason to disconnect my service.i am using Uninor number from Near about last 6 months.If there is any problem regarding documents company should call me before disconnect my service.

*customer care not Responding properly.Rude answers given by call center persons.

1)last recharge before disconnection - 52 rs on[protected],
2)Also recharged with sms pack.& recharged twice.
3)Also deducted some amt for caller tune.


uninor Gallery person keep forcing me to pay 100 for new sim card. because they said my card is expired, due to their own mistake I have to suffer.no prior notice or any call before they stop my service.

I need clarification On above matter & start my service ASAP .

House — Expired sim card

Dear Sir

I am very sorry to inform you that i took a simcard on my son's name [protected] and now its expired without any warning or notice. Now all the companies are giving life time system and you are still in
stoneage. I got the msage one day before disconnecting the card. Now all outgoing and incoming disconnected. If you are providing this type of service ? what will happen. I told him to disconnect the same and took another one of some other company.

UNINOR — Add on service activation without any prior notice

This is Kamalika Sen from Kolkata.I am an existing Uninor subscriber and my mobile number is [protected].I want to lodge a complain against Uninor in this forum against some sudden deduction of my account balance for some add on services which I haven't activated.This is not the first time they did such things with out any prior notice.I am new to Uninor and within first 30 days I have been experiencing such things twice.I tried to contact their customer care but they seem to have taken little care of my request.

Please look into this as I am getting frustrated with such sudden deductions.

UNINOR — Activate caller tune without notice

My No.[protected]. Some uninor employ activated dialor tune in my number without any prior intimation and deducted Rs.40/- for it. when I came to know this from my friends that they are listening some song and called customer care to remove this and give back my balance they are saying it is not possible as the dialor tune stayed active for more than 48 hours. And when I tried to call their their senior officials they are not lifting the phone.
I am also victim of such deductions. I believe that we should take it up very seriously. Please let me know if there are any legal aspects to resolving such complaints. Do we have any such cases in past where such companies have been penalized by the law for harassment to customers
Yes, same think happen to me and some of My friends too.

They are very big cheater

Most Stupid things on Customer Care They though subscriber are foolish, every time they are showing any Issue to avoid subscriber request during forceful caller tune activation from company.

you have 48 hours time to get back your money return and during that period they will defined avoide your deactivation request or you can't call them during that period.
