[Resolved]  Uninor — unreasonable balance deduction from my account

respected sir,
this is a complain against uninor telecom service. They are continuing deducting account balance form my account. with in 10 days they are already deducted 77.5 rs. they are trying say that.am activated my tunes service.through dialing something. which is not possible. on that time i was busy with my parents...

I am said to there executive to talk there t.l or any other top level manager but they are always said that they are not present right now!!!
This kind of service they are providing in kolkata.

please take any serious step against them.. If you are a indian then you must take a step against them.

i use uninor no is [protected] but i not active any service but my account unreasonable balance deduction form my account i complaint the uninor customer care he told me your balance refound in 48 hrs but balance is not got it i call again he told you wait 24 hrs balance compulsory refund u but i call after 24 hrs he say your balance is
not found this is your mistake i call many time but daily cut balance in my account 2 rs 15 rs 39 rs 4 rs
he se dial 777 and deactive services
i dial 777 he se you have no service acitve i call the costumber care he se i deactive your services

but daily my balance i face the problem 7 days

Uninor — i want to block my sim card

i lost my sim and sum one else is using it now i need to block my sim

sim not activate

my number is [protected] i have purchesed uninor sim on sunday 10-11-13 but till naw it was not activate. i have submit all valid document on shop. so i request you to activate my nomber ASAP.
