[Resolved] Uninor — Balance debit | |||
Date: 14/11/2011 Ref.: My uninor mobile number[protected] Dear Sir, This is with reference to above subject, my prepaid uninor mobile account has been debited for Rs.10/- although I didn't activate any scheme/offer/pack. I suddenly received a SMS confirming that your Music Unlimited subscription has been activated however I don't request any such pack.This was the second time unwanted subcription. In this connection I tried to call uninor Customer Care on 198 and i request to Atindra Nath for my balance return.But he didn't co-operate and when I told to Atindra Nath I will complain to TRAI he was disconnect the call Please help me to waiver my rupees.
