[Resolved]  United Bank Of India — reduce account balance

Sir,
My A/c No.[protected],Card holder Name-Md.najibur rahman,Branch in darbhanga(Bihar).I went to atm counter of sbi Bank(chandni chowk,new delhi) on date-31/03/2011 , Time-18:45, Atm Id.-s10A[protected], withdraw cash for Rs.7000/- I entered all required information. but payment was not made due to some error and receipt messaged unable to process, Response Code-072.similarlly again this message is displayed. Then I went to another bank Atm and checked balance. My balance was reduced to Rs.7000/- .I complained on 4 april 2011 but no
Till today 13th oct 2011, I have not recieved my amount..I have complain proof....
