They are cheaters everybody knows but the questions is what is the point of posting here. I know, few can be saved after reading our comments but how all can be saved? Will CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.IN take any action?

They suspended my account without any reason.
Most of the time they run out of space & server is slow.
They are big cheaters.. They don't provide what they comit.

UnlimitedGB.com is a pure SCAM HOST. I signed up for 1 year cloud storm plan and they suspend me in 2 months, without any reason or a single email or phone.
The shopperapproved.com site seal and 5 star are created by fake data.
The 24x7 support is fake, The live chat is offline most of the time.
And when got online, takes 5 to 10 minute between each reply
The up-time is less than 80%

To Maneshwar. I was about to take the three year plan with UnlimitedGB and had my attention drawn to this and another site.
I had sent a ticket many hours ago and tried to contact live support - no reply to ticket and nothing happening on live support.
All I was asking them is if there is unlimited addon domains and mySqls with the 3 year package.
Had they answered, I would have signed up and paid immediately, but now I believe I have had a lucky escape and thank everyone who posted their comments.
So, yes, Maneshwar, it is worthwhile posting negative comments.

Yes I think all the customer are not satisfied from this unlimitedgb.com.

The worst service I have ever had in my life, this company unlimitedGB has everything in its name and site content but never good in commitment and other fake promises that company does with their customers.
I believe all of you had same issue with this guy
I have come across following
1. in the companies website they provide 3 numbers that dont respond after business hours I guess, just now I called'em and all 3 lines not answered
2. another funny thing their chat Engine says they are away
3. They have another service "Send Instant Message (SMS)" with message " Enter your contact number with your message & a representative will contact you immediately " I submit my details more than 3 times but no responce
I am sure these folks had their full and having sound sleep by this time

The company works fraudulently. Do not under any circumstances opt for their services. I had opted for their unlimited hosting plans, but when I realised, you get to host only one website, I immediately requested for a refund, within 10 minutes of purchasing the service.
Their response to my reason to cancel, We will refund only if they think that it is worth their while to refund me my money.

Unlimited GB is a third class hosting company. Even though I hv renewed my hosting service that company had removed my webpages from their server. After doing the so many follow ups they did not responded yet from past 2 weeks. I certainly suggest you guys never ever go for their service.
UnlimitedGB people are big bunch of cheaters, I lost my money on them too. Fortunately I had taken 3 yr plan and trust me it was a BIG BIG MISTAKE . They said that 99% up-time but they didn't give even 80%. The server speed is also too slow and they only make false claims about the features and none of the customer reviews on their site is true. When you contact the support people they make you wait for hours and ask us to mail their support staff because they know nothing about the problem.
So don't fall prey to these crooks and search some other good hosting company.

It is a fake organisation with fake commitment ... Please do not trust this organisation ... Due to this i lost one of my client. Do not take domain or host from it .
Don't buy hosting from this idiots. They are juts taking away your money and will never provide you any type of support. Austin is their service engineer and he is just giving you fake promises. It will take minimum 10 days once they are facing technical issues to get your hosting up and this will happen 2 time each month so in and all your website will be live only for 10 days in any month.
currently as well my website is down for five days i called them they said they are shifting my website to another server and it will take 24 hours five days have passed no replies to the support ticket no one is picking up the phone as well dont know what to do with such a crap service
Unlimitedgb.com was hacked three weeks back. More than 2000 domains hosted with unlimitedgb.com were defaced with a message about Palestine and its struggle with Israel atrocity. Unable to get back the server, company has migrated the domain to a new server. But the data of all those websites are still unrecoverable. Many attempts made via email, phone and chat to contact went in vain. It has been 15 days now. You can access your cPanel but all the application, content and data are not there. Unlimitedgb.com support is replying to minor issue via email but they are not providing any reply to the question when a customer like me will get their data back? Have they lost data? Shall i customer start from scratch or move?
