UPSC (SC-PRE) Exam — Admit card not received

Dear sir/mam
my younger brother had applied for UPSC (SC-PRE) exam, and its exam date is 17th may2009.
But till date he has not received his admit card. I want to know that where from i found his admit card.
Please help me about this because my brother is a blind candidate.

Duplicate admit card
Dear Sir/Mam,
i am an ENGINEERING SERVICES aspirent and stays in bhopal as tanent. Till now i didnt get any acknowledgement from the UPSC exam cell. Although now i recieved my admit card but that was teared by somebody i dont know who is he? i logged in to the site www.upsc.gov.in but i coud only get the information that my registration is done and further process is on. My form no is 35969716.
I have tried all the phone numbers provided in the information brochure but no one responded the calls.
Sir i am getting hopeless now as my exam date is approaching very near. Can you please guide me any way to obtain a duplicate copy from internet or any other source?

I request if anyapplicant has asolution for this please inform me.

My form no. is 35427367, I didn't received the admit card for CDS II, 2009. I called at the phone nos given in the employment news. But most whether they are showing busy, and in case if that rang up then also they don't bother to pick up those calls. I tried all the three phonw nos' for enquiry but no use . My exam date is 13th sep. 2009 and I am struggling for the admit card.
