I joined in upstem as Software Developer in mid of 2010. I have worked there from[protected]. Upstem provides a world class best training for freshers, ample of opportunity to learn, though salary package is very less in Infosys, it gives you the experience and base for your life. Once you quit Upstem and try for another job, you will be given higher preference than any other candidates because of your skillset which learned from Upstem(provided you have the necessary skills).

People who are working in Management team are very helpful and flexible. I bet the kind of friendly environment you will not be seen any where in India (Similar lever company).
I would always say Upstem is the Best company to work for.
