[Resolved] State Bank of India — User ID & password invalid | |
I had collected the User ID & password from my SBI branch (Kaggadaspura, Bangalore) on Thursday, 20th August 2009. I was told that the same will be activated within 24 hours. However it keeps saying invalid username & password. It’s been over 10 days now and I have been trying everyday and calling the branch daily to get this fixed. I have been contacting Mr. Srinivas at the branch. He tells me that from his end it shows that the user ID is active. I have called the SBI phone banking and the branch multiple times but nothing has helped me. I am also facing the same problem.reall fed up.this nationalized banks provide such a service that it irritates alot.

Same issue as mentioned by muliple users. I am facing it almost two months. No positive response from the branch.
