Totally agreed with Mr.Priyajeev Kumar’s comment! I am also having the same problem. Let the official of the company clarify about it ?

I got your mobile set 838B usha lexus with IMEI No [protected] Ser No 838B[protected]. At the time of purchasing it was told that it is not chinese set and was not disconnect on 30 No 2009 but in the morning on 01 Dec 2009 at 0930 it was clossed and showing that SIM card registration is failed. by the contact at the shop it was told that it is clossed due to IMEI No as it is chines set.
Please tell me it is chines set or not if not why it is closed.

I purchased an Usha Lexus phone (model number 838B) but recently I came to know that the phone does not have a valid IMEI number. At the time of purchasing there was no such thing told and now suddenly this issue has come up. Being an Indian company of such high repute I would like to know how is this possible.
