Dear Sir,

I had initially received my Pan Card.BIMPP2147L, with worng date of birth. Other details in the Pan card were correct.

I reapplied to Pan card department for re-issuance of pan card with correct date of birth, alongwith all required proofs, mainly a copy of passport which has my complete correct details.

Now instead of issuing the pan card a qerry has been raised that the name of the father does not match, whereas I had reapplied for correct Date of birth. If father's name was not correct initially how come the card was issued, at first instance. I again request you that all the details printed in my earlier Pan card are correct, other than the date of Birth.

Request you to get the correct pan card issued (with correct date of birth) at the earliest based on the documents already submitted vide application no.[protected] & fees of Rs. 96 ia also repaid again. T
