UTI Scheme MIP-96(IV) final dividend Folio No;[protected]
Dear Sir/Madam
UTI TS firstly mailed the cheque at a wrong address. Even after making repeated requests through e-mail they have failed to send some LOU form. On writing to them for their inefficient service they have stopped even sending any communication.
I think best course of action for me would be to go consumer forum.
