Complaint:
1.V3 team Dont Know the registration Formalities.
2. Registration details were collected by me personally from local maduranthakam RTO.
2.Sales man knowledge about car & Price of accessories is very Poor.
3.On first committed delivery date, the registration was failed due to wrong DD made for RTO & it is after driving the car around 200 Km for Registration.
4. the next day the second attempt for car registration, the car was not sent to the RTO in time.
5. Mohammed knew well about the 2pm closing time in RTO, but the car left the yard only at 1pm to reach my town at 3pm.
6.I personally requested RTO to stay 1 more hour till 3 PM, & I was standing IN sun at RTO for 2 hours waiting for car to reach for registration.
7.the car was handed over to me in my town by the driver(?) & sales man was absent.
8.Finally the car was not washed & inside is full of dirt & Mud. Was this information helpful? |
