[Resolved]  Vacations Gateway — made fraud call and spend money

Dear sir, This is prudhvi, from Jamshedpur. In the last week that is on 24/8/13, I got the call from this company manager Mr. Rajiv sinha( [protected]) he told to me before you are paid to bag it today company an amount of 12000 rupees. On that time you are paid the money through our company gate way, on that time told to you they will give to you gifts like laptop & mobile phone. But they are not provided the gifts, so now we are refunding the money. Like this he told me and he asked my account details and taken. After he told you purchase with 15000 again purchase holiday vouchers this time you will get same gifts conformly……and even he told that 12000 money already transferred that money will come to your account with in 7 days After two days I got the conformation call for gifts & holiday vouchers . on hat time that rajiv sinha has conformed both it will come with in 7 days and even money also. But till today I am not having any conformation from your side. Yesterday when I called to your customer care and I told my problem the she(nidhi) told like that there is no offer. On that time onwards I am trying to call that rajiv sinha, I am un able to talk with him So please take my complaint and solve it immediately. I want what your company has given the promise to me I want those all benefits
