[Resolved]  Vadodara Municipal Corporation — illegal construction

Dear Sir,
My residential property in B-67 Umang society,nr.jalaram nagar.Gotri.vadodara since first member of society.My husband was died and the same property now I am handling like regular light bill and housing tax etc.
My neighbor Mr.hiren shah(B-68) had construct illegal construction the result of it my deadens house has no space for going in my compound due to only the illegal constriction in society's common road.i am not entering at my house with 4 wheeler.
The same complain I had done dated on 06/04/2011(15 months) to the town planing dept. EVery week I follow up its but due to of not any my powerful contact the procedure is so slow.They are doing the normal step but not concretely and fast work against of my complain the reason behind it mr.hiren's link is so powerful in corporation and i have nothing any link except truth.
I wrote down a special application to municipal commisnor shri but not fast moment on my case after 15 month of my complain.
They all are knows that its purely illegal bcz of the construction is on society;s internal road and its effect I cant enter in my house with my four wheeler
so do some necessary action on it fastly with good solving hoping.

Illegal construction, what VM called, `encroachments, these encroachments are razed when somebody complain..otherwise...moves on and on...if encroachments razed...they re-appear within short period...this process goes on and on...nothing comes out...only money or muscle power wins...

1. Illegal Construction Going In Progress at R.S. No. 703/2, T.P. 55/B F.P. No. 20 Op No. 20 at Village Gorwa, Vadodara.
2. Use Of Drainage System, Water Connection Any Clearance And Permission Of Corporation Not Done Self Connections Done, Light Connection Use Of Domestic In Place Of Commercial Many Premises Owned By Owner Of Rs. No. 703/2, Bharat Patel In His Office / Cement Go-Down / Un-Specified Land In Front Of Rs. No. 703/2, T.P. 55/B, F.P. No. 20 Since Last 1998 Used For Commercial For Fabrication And Labour Stay.
3. M/S Anjali Enterprises Owner Mr. Mitesh Kashyap Owing Flat Of Housing Board (Chitrakoot) House Use In Commercial Purpose He Had Already Got Dranage Connection By Housing. Then To He Had Done Illegal Toilet Block Construction Done And Dranage Connected With Devnandan Park & Nand Residency Dranage System Without Any Permission Also Had Broken The Boundary Wall And Illegal Gate Entry Is Taken In Their Flat Also Light Of Domestic Purpose Is Used In Flat For Commercial Work.
4. Sir, As Per Subject No. 1 & 2 We Would Like To Draw Your Kind Attention That Sir in R.S. No. 703/2, T.P. 55/B F.P. No. 20 Op No. 20, Gorwa Many Illegal Construction Is Done. The Plan No. / Order No. 45/14-15 Passed By Ward No. 10 Dt. 23/09/2014, No 40 % Margin In Shown Plot Area. Which Is Shown On The Road Margin By Them For The Same Plinth Passing Illegally Done? Plinth Was Shown And After Passing Of Same Had Been Dismantled. And Construction Is In Full Fledged. Illegal Drainage System And Water Connection In The Premises Under Construction Also The Entry Road Of Devnandan Park And Nand Residency Flats Owing 49 Units Are Getting Hindrance And Disturb Completely.
5. Even Water Bore Had Done On The Road Part Of The Societies More Than Half Road Is Covered Boundary Wall R.S. No. 703/2, T.P. 55/B F.P. No. 20 Op No. 20. Which Is In Progress?
6. 65 % Construction Completed For The Same Revised Plan Had Been Put By Them For The Same Which Was Passed Previously By Ward No. 10 Under There Order No. 45/14-15 Of VMSS, Dt. 23/09/2014. All Plinth Level As Shown Are Dismantled For Plot No. 1 & 2, R.S. No. 703/2, T.P. 55/B F.P. No. 20 Op No. 20. As Per the Same Passing.
In Case Of Emergency Even A Fire Fighter / Ambulance Or Any Vehicle Can’t Entered For This 49 Units In Case Of Emergency Such As Fire / Medical / Etc.
May Please Look In To The Matter And Send Your Team For Taking Measurement Of The Same.
Also A Good Amount Of Tax In Favour Of Public Can Be Collected From Sub. No. 1 / 2 / 3. And Illigal Can Be Stopped As On.

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are staying in Rudrax Residency flat on S.No. 1025/1 (Ward No. 09) at Bapod, Vadodara.

Vrundavan Society part 1 raw houses are existing on East side of Rudrax Residency plot boundary as adjoining property.

On East -South corner of Rudrax Residency adjoining property Vrundavan Society last unit (ie.unit no.B+ -14) who has start additional expansion construction process in marginal space which is effected in our property as safety wise.

For his work process he starts demotion work from yesterday morning and almost finished till evening time.
He is suppose to construct R.c.c.slab in whole marginal space till boundary line., which is illegal construction in VMC Bylaws.

We would like to inform you as an authority person for taking any action quickly and as soon as possible against to stop his further work process please.

We request him to stay safe, happy and use his property in his legal constructed and marginal open space to keep it open for natural vent, air circulation for both properties which is in vmc bylaws also.

Respected Sir,
I need to bring this information to your notice that unauthorized construction at Kanha Upvan Society near Navdurga Mandir Unit 39 Vadodara (391740) is being carried out without any VMC permission because of construction society main road will be cover, she is supposed to construct R.c.c.slab in whole marginal space till boundary line outside the society., which is illegal construction in VMC Bylaws. Please check out the solution of this problem as construction is being carried in an unauthorized way.
