[Resolved]  Vasudha Gas Agency, Kuttippuram — Non receipt of gas cylinder in time

I am a consumer (no. 7814) of the above agency in Kuttippuram in Malappuram District. Every time this agency is not issuing cylinder in time. I am a working woman in charge of a whole district and it is very difficult for me to spare enough time after calling here and there to get a cylinder. It is the duty of the agency to supply cylinder as per consumers demend. Last time also I got one cylinder on 20/12/08 only after making a complaint. They won`t take the phone when we call for booking. I had booked the cylinder on 22/12/08 and the booking no. is 5998. Today is 22/1/09. I didn`t get the cylinder till this date. So please enquire the matter and direct the agency to supply cylinder in time. This agency is supplying cylinder to hotels and vehicles illeagally, and consumers are continuously complaining about this. So please take necessary action immediately.
