[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — display only blue screen

dear sir,

i am suffering from the problem of display only blue screen with my vediocon D2H from last saturday.

My customer ID : 9305528
Customer name : Mahaveer kumar
i have filed complain many times to the customer care center.
My complaint Detail :

I have also filed my complaint 16 time via phone.
still no action is taken accept assurance of providing service as soon as possible.
