Myself Ashish Tarwani, Designated Partner of Veracity IT & Legal Services LLP totally deny to this complaint and state that this is a Fake Complaint which has been posted by Some Anti Social Elements. Mr. Vinayak is our reseller and is very happy with our services. He says he never had greviences with our services and still using our services with a good monthly volume and he had not posted this complaint. This totally makes the complaint false, outcome of Frustation acceptence to failure of some loosers. We have are filling a complaint in this reference this with the Cyber Crime Cell, Nagpur.

Perhaps Mr Tarwani can reply as to why he has not replied to my emails and phone calls regarding a trade mark application he applied for me and I have paid him for - If Mr Tarwani wishes I can post the email trail on this website and let the public decide

It is very unfortunate on Veracity Legal Part, they hardly respond to emails or phone calls.
I had applied for pvt ltd on 4 June 2014, till today I.e 18 July 2014, there is no update on.

A totally fraud company
when they want they pickup the phone and when they dont want they transfer to voice mail
i have applied for Trademark application
paid the amount since they are not providing us the receipt
when insist on receipt they are saying we are arranging moreover the brand we have registered is still available
planning to launch a complaint against him in jaipur cyber cell

Big time fraud. Paid for DSC online and emailed them the documents as well.

I have applied for TRADEMARK in September. Upto date, they did not given any receipt to us. They are not responding to phone, mail, massages.
