We are also facing similar problem with the VHF developer. I say we because my brother and my self both own property with VHF. The developer has computers in office but purposely does not keep email id because they are not interested in communicating with customers regularly. It is difficult to get appointment to visit their office in Hosur and if you succeed to finally fix an appointment they will come out with execuses to get more money out of you. And if you write to them there will be no response.
I think it may make sense to form a yahoo group of all property owners to help us communicate better on issues with VHF. We shoul work together to make the builder respond to our needs.

Me too was a victim. Recently, I was able to contact Mr. C I Mathews - Mobile Number, +91 - 07548851357, who is a broker. Within no time he was able to find a buyer for my 4 plots at VHF SELVE PHASE XXIX, Hosur. Property was sold and registered in the new owners name in 10 days time. If you wish, please contact him, I told him about a lot of people who are suffering and struggling to find a buyer for their plots.

I have two plots in Goa which I had purchased in 1996. As yet VHF never answers. After Mr. Jaganathan demise when ever you call they either put the phone down, or tell us to call at another time.
I had gone to Goa to check the land we had invested in. I spent the entrie day and could not locate this site. Spoke to several people in Farmaguddi and in Ponda they have not heard about VHF.
I really regret getting investing with VHF. I will join Mr. Aziz'z group and we should collectively take action, IT IS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Yes we all NRI's were fooled by Indians only. We NRI's were looking somewhere to invest and we beleived them and we invested our hard earned money with them. Like this so many other companies came to Gulf one was Oasis Aqua project. These people will call you at your home and will contact and once you have invested than its over.

VHF Selve is a fraud. My parents happened to purchase plots through VHF like any NRI 10-12 years back.
Early this year we went to bangalore to VHF offices. Although they have an office they cannot respond to queries clearly. The land under their managment is rotting. The fact is simple . After the death of Jaganathan, his son ran away to US/ Canada with the money.
There is no funds left with them. The dream remains a dream . All you NRIs need to get a life ( including my parents) . You fall prey to this brilliant investment ideas in Agro which never really exists.
Like my parents, you can wait for another 5 more years when your teak is ready to Ripe. unfortunately, all you will find is barren soil.
There are many thousands investors stuck in this. Together you need to create a joint action and file civil proceedings against the owners. However, there is nothing much you could do. You are legal owners of a plot in some remote jungles which wont give you any value .

Two years ago, I had a chance to go to Bangalore and meet Late Jagannathan's son who is now in charge of VHF Selve. He was trying to extract more money from me. Infact we went to Hosur plot and visited before meeting him at VHF Selve office at Bangalore. We saw the plot and it was developing by some wellknown property developers. (DLF ? Dont remember exactly and I have photos of the same).
I dont know what is the status of that now. I paid full money for the plot and got it registered in my name. That time Mr. Jagannathan was alive, I paid one time land tax also.

I have bought a property in VHF Selve Continental City Phase No. XXI . at Indlabele Attibele Anekal. .Since the property is not developed fully no one is ready to buy. Me too was a victim. Recently, I was able to contact Mr. C I Mathews - Mobile Number, +91 - 07548851357, who is a broker. Within no time he was able to find a buyer for my 4 plots at VHF SELVE PHASE XXIX, Hosur. Property was sold and registered in the new owners name in 10 days time. If you wish, please contact him, I told him about a lot of people who are suffering and struggling to find a buyer for their plots.
