[Resolved]  VIA WORLD — refund not given even the booked train cancelled

I booked a train ticket (reservation from h nizamuddin to kota)through via world agent in kota (rajasthan).The train got cancelled. when I contact agent for refund , he told me there is no refund if booked through VIA-WORLD. I contacted to customer care of via world he told me that agent has to fill a form for refund and after that I can hve my money back.I told the agent and he told me that he did the formalities.Agent told me refund will be given after 90 days ( this is processing time taken by via world.) .after 90 days I contacted the agent again but now heis telling me that he had not got any refund for via world.I am surprised when I heard from via world executive that they can't do anything in this matter.
