[Resolved]  Vian Infrastructure Limited — Failure to meet commitment

I have to file a complaint against a builder who have so far collected Rs 2,44,650 (4 installments) from me for a project in Haridwar. Details of builder are given below:

Address: 3E/14, Jhandewalan Extension, Near Videocon Tower, Exide House Building, New Delhi – 110055
First installment of project was collected ion 8/3/09 and so far they have not done anything regarding the project and are not responding to my mails or phone calls. I am seeking a refund from them. What procedure is to be followed to pursue a law suit? Please advise.
