i have booked a plot in haridwar project of vian infrastructure ltd in 2007 n paid abooking amt of around 25000 after 6 months they again raised a pmt letter of rs 88000 i have paid this amt too .by chance i went to haridwar and i went to the given site there was no site office nothing on the given land i come back to delhi and went to there office their they replied i[censored] donot want to continue u give cancellation we will refund ur pmt in 3 months i done the same i have applied cancellation after three months when i went to thier office they said that they had said that they will confirm how they will make pmt after three months they have given so manydates i went so many times to thier office but they have not given a single peny. after around 20 rounds and so many discussion they have given 30000 rs and again they r nt giving pmt Was this information helpful? |

Sir,I have booked a plot for rudrapur in vian infrastructure ltd. by their prelaunching scheme in february 07. I have paid them Rs. 44040/= as first installment. When I came to know through my sources, that there is no such scheme, I asked them for refunding. I was able to submit my cancellation form after so many request to them in march 2008. From then to till now I have received no amount neither any satisfactory answer. Please help me.
