Vian Infrastructure Neemrana — no refund after cancellation

sir, I had booked a 120 sq yrds plot in Nov 2006 in vian neemrana project .After visiting the told site many times &after repeated telephonic conversations repeated visits to their office At Delhi &getting no satisfactory explaination to their future plans of developments, i had applied for cancillation though they had lured to pay half the amount ;i was promised in written to refund my total amount with 7% interest after three months as they say their company policy is.but ihave not received any thing as yet. sir, i request you to kindly do the needful .
