[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — No response from service centre

Hi Sir/madam

Its real pain to write it here as the service centre for videocon as so rude. The Engg who was looking after the problem whenever we call him he does not pick up the call and 2nd when we try to call him he switch's off his mobile. Its v v bad customer service. I am totally not happy about this and i have made my mind not to buy any videocon product in future.

Hello Sir,

My name is R.K.Achary, I am a citizen of India staying in Vizag . Sir we have purchased a 21" Videocon color TV cost to Rs.5600/-only from SONOVISION Show room (near Dimond park , Dwaraka Nagar , Vizag-530016, ph-6618001,02,2501177.) as on 12/04/2009. The consumer's name is MR. SANTOSH KUMAR ACHARY , ADARASA NGR, PEDAWALTAIR, VSP.BILL NO-T0000251, DATE:[protected]. Sir the TV has repaired since 1 month . I gave complaint to the service centre in vizag for 8 to 10 times (SERVICE AT SANSUI;V.CON;AKAI CTV; 2794468,2798211) . They are telling that they will provide , but 10 days has gone nobody came to provide service . And when we are calling to them , the phone is ringing but no response is there from their side. Sir we are facing so many problems, we can,t watch news , cricket ,etc.due to this reason. Please take any necessary action.

Videocon — Pain full service

I have purchased a refrigerator on 14/08/2009 from Techno City (Kolkata, Sarat Bose Road) the model no is VCE193CG/190Ltr. of VIDEOCON but from the very beginning that fridge is giving me the problem and in the month of Dec"09 the compressor had stop working and accordingly i informed to the service centre and they send a service person he repairs it but after a day or two it is giving the same problem again i complain to them and they again send their technician but the problem remain at last in the month of March"10 they have taken it in to their service centre and just two day's back they have returned it back with the same problem and with body current problem.

so at last i have decided to inform the organization for coming out from this problem,

Please help me.
