[Resolved] Videocon D2H — A/c did not activate after recharging | |||
Dear Sir, I Vijay N Changan, owner of videocon d2h satellite DVD ( customer ID 3888840 ). I purchased your product on 27 Jan 2010, I got 4 months subscription free on that time. After completing 4 months( 27 May 2010 ), I take recharge Voucher & try to get it recharge. But unfortunately due to your technical error I can't recharge my account. I contacts your customer care nos., they tell me that your problem will be solve till 31 st May 2010. I call them many times. After 3 days grace period i.e. 30 may 2010 , my account is suspended. Till today I can't see any programmes on TV. Each day Your customer care executives promises me that your account will be started tomorrow. Due to this I am very very very very unsatisfied on your services. You don't know, what is going on me. Kindly take action on it, otherwise I will scrap your product in dust bin. I recharged my videocon d2h account online today morning but still my account is not activated.My customer id is 64327312.Recharge amount has deducted from my bank account but no reply come from your side.please help me in this matter...

I recharged my videocon d2h account online on 5 th Feb 2019 with RS 300 but still my account is not activated till today 7 th Feb 2019.My customer id is 21169251.Recharge amount has deducted from my bank account but no reply come from your side even tried calling customer care but no response either call getting disconnected or no response please help me in this matter...

Videocon — Plan is not activated
Hi Sir,Twenty days ago, i had done recharge of 65 rupees in which 45 rupees is credited to account and call rates set to 30 paise/min but the benefits was not provided to me. I had requested several time to customer care for changing my plan but they misbehaved with me and putted my call on hold for 30 min every time. Further now i have done recharge of 65 again on 28th feb and still i haven't get the benefits and the call rates as per the plan.
Kindly look into the issue and change my plan as soon as possible. My number is [protected]
