[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — recharge fail

I have made a recharge of rs 2600 for my videocon d2h connection but due to wron recharge ID mention by dealer I bought recharge was done to dealers ID now when I have complaint to the company they are that talk to dealer an dealer is saying I dnt know u when again told company this thing they told me to talk bank as it was done by debit card through internet but bank is saying we have no role in this and again when I went to company they are we cant do any an all this took nearly two months I have given all the details to the company also I done fax to the visa company from which this transaction was on saying of bank but one is taking note an me my father regularly complaining them.Please help us an return my money.
