Videocon D2H — delay in providing service

my antina location was changed due to some construction work .i had comunicated a customer care to send an engineer to fit a antina on 16-june. 10am .as per the policy the should send the engineer with in 48 hour but still i am waiting for there action .i didnt get any response from them and it is more than 48 hours
