[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Service

I cannot view any channels using D2H, I keep getting error every time.Since the time I have bought this satellite box I've been facing lot of problems.
1st time something went wrong inside the box and it stopped working
2nd time we had to change the entire board of the satellite box, We used to get electric current to that box and it kept upgrading every day (complaint no[protected].
Now the new board is installed in the satellite box few days back but now we getting technical error every day.
I tried calling customer care, It says you are in the queue and your number is 14-15 but by the time it comes down to 1 call gets disconnected.
Spoke to the technician( complaint no[protected] who came to my house to replace the satellite box, he said issue is because of rains, However i have D2H in my parents house too but they are not facing any issue.
Today one of your executive visited my place when I was not at home. He gave me a call and said door is closed. When I told him should have called before coming he disconnected the call and left.. I tried calling him again but he didn't bother to answer and also this executive shows lot of attitude and keeps saying this is the worst satellite service and you better go for another one...

If videocon really wants to create good impression in this competetive world they really need to improve service also hire people who can do better branding of videocon.

I am a D2H consumer in Pune, in Aug 1st week my set top box stop working, I called CC ( complaint no[protected] one person came, replaced box, still not working, took Rs 50, said its balance is less than Rs 100, therefore not working, then I added Charge, still not working, then he said software problem, After about 8 days , finaly box working, Now CC says thay will not consider that 8 days in recharge,
It's been 12 days raised a complaint against the repair of d2h dish service ... The service is so Worst in vizag and the signals are damn week ... Dont try to opt for Videocon Service ... videocon Customer care of vizag theyeven tired of providing minimum details ...
Today morning when l turned on t.v. I was shocked to vivid Bharti removed from channel no. 977 on customer care no l was told radio channel had been put on active d2h where I had to scroll 15 20 to get reception and on back and reverse button the stb turned off. Moreover I have to pay Rs 25/p.m. as charges for active service. What nonsense that without in forming the subscriber.I got my Tata services terminated for removing radio channel. I am also writing to I &B. Minister as well as Prasad Bharti to take action in the matter If this status co is not restored also giving up my connections.

Videocon DTH चे मी ९ ऑक्टो. १५ रोजी वर्ष भरासाठी Gold Sport Pack यासाठी Paytm द्वारे १२ महिन्याचे रु. ४८००/- भरले. माझा त्यांच्याकडील customer id हा १३१७९१५७६ आहे.

मला ८ जुन १६ पूर्वी recharge करण्याचे reminders येत आहेत. याबाबत सदर कंपनीच्या Customer Care कडे ७ जून १६ ला चौकशी केली तेव्हा तुमचा base pack हा Platinum HD असून आपण भरलेले ४८०० रु. हे ६ महिन्यासाठी होते असे त्यांनी कळवले.
आपला base pack बदलण्यासाठी त्यावेळी आमच्या प्रतिनिधीला सांगायला हवे होते असे Customer Care च्या प्रतिनिधींचे थातूर मातुर म्हणणे होते.

मी वरील पैसे भरण्यापूर्वी pack बदलू शकतो काय याची त्यांच्या Customer Care केली होती. Online पैसे भरताना Videocon DTH वरील वेब साईट वरील मार्गदर्शक सुचीप्रमाणे तसेच Paytm द्वारे त्यावर असणाऱ्या तपशिलांची खात्री करून पैसे भरलेले आहेत. अधिक दराच्या Platinum HD चे दर वेगळे असताना माझे पैसे सदर pack वर पैसे वळते करणे चुकीचे आहे. तसेच वर्षभराचे पैसे भरलेले असताना ६ महिन्यात recharge करा अथवा service खंडित करू असे alerts पाठवणे फसवणूक केल्यासारखे आहे.

मी माझी तक्रार Customer Care यांच्याकडे केली असून माझा त्यांच्याकडे तक्रार क्र. ३९८३७०३२२ असा असून आम्ही तपासणी १० जून पर्यंत करू असे त्यांच्याकडून कळलेले आहे.

मी gold sport pack साठीच त्यांच्या १२ महिन्याच्या दराप्रमाणे पैसे दिल्याचा पुरावा आहे. असे असताना base pack बदलेला नाही असे थातुरमातुर सांगून ६ महिन्यात recharge करा असा संदेश मिळणे हा सदर यंत्रणेत फसवणूक केली जाते असे अनुभवास आलेले आहे.

त्यामुळे Videocon DTH चे व्यवहार online करावेत कि नाही, Paytm हे माध्यम वापरावे कि नाही, तसेच Videocone DTH ची सेवा चालू ठेवावी कि नाही असा प्रश्न निर्माण झालेला आहे.

सदर कंपनीने हे चुकीचे alerts थांबवून १२ महिन्याची गोल्ड स्पोर्ट्स pack ची सेवा नियमित दयावी.
This is regarding the abrupt service of Videocon DTH

1. My customer Id is[protected]. I have recharged on 9th Oct. 2015 for 12 months under Gold Sports package. When I have received an alert that I have to recharge again on 8th June. It is very disturbing when we chose a plan as per our requirement for a year and then your company ask us to recharge within 6 months.
2. When I have asked us for the reasons at Customer Care. They have given an explanation which I have contested and asked to do proper inquiry. Your representative have registered my complaint no.[protected] and assured that my complaint will be considered and would be solved till 10th June 2016 before 4 pm. Before resolving my complaint company have discontinued my service. It has been unexpected for 2 reasons. First one is I have paid for 12 months period and second is when I was in the process of seeking a justice from you the service was disconnected.
