[Resolved] Videocon d2h Box - Videocon — Bad Quality of Service and No Response | |||
Hi Team, I am BHANU UPADHYAY,residing at 3192,Top FIoor,D-3,Vasant Kunj-110070. I bought a Videocon D2H Box details mentioned Below on 24th June 2010 Sr.NO[protected] Regn No-[protected] Customer ID[protected] I recently shifted to the new place and registered a complaint for relocation of my product Videocon D2h...I filed a complaint on 6th Of November for the same..On the same day the Call centre executive asked me to get the recharge done first..I got my account recharged by RS 600 immediately..Date for the Engineer visit Was given at 7th November.. But i didn't get any response till 8th november..I again called and got the information that my work orderwas not created till then..i again filed a new complaint and didnt get any respose as yet...Since then i have called numeous times with no results I have been following up with the Call centre No's-[protected],[protected] atleast twice or thrice a day but no action have been taken as yet.. This is really disgusting and disaapointing that such a big and reputed firm like Videocon is doing so bad to there name and cheating customers,,,I am really taken back in last one week...These big ompanies are taking toll on the customers...When they Advertise there Products they simply Show and say-" WITHIN NO TIME SIR"- But time taken and service given is pathetic..
