[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — carelessness by customer care executive and non lodging of request

On[protected], I made a call at customer care center and asked for freezing of my connection as I had shifted from Panchkula to Chandigarh and for procedure for relocation of my D2H connection as I had to go out of station for 20-25 days and no one was available at home. The executive attended my call and said that you will recive an SMS with regard to your request and told me as and when i am available at home and the minimum balance of Rs 300-00 plus is maintained then on making request for relocation,the engineer will come on the same day or a day after and the dish will be installed. The charges of Rs 300-00 will be deducted from the account.
I received an SMS immediately after disconnecting the call and the massage was only about balance of my account. I was of the view that my account is freezed and they have sent the balance of my account.
Now on[protected], i was shocked to receive an sms stating that my account balance is low. I made a call at customer care on[protected] but the executive did not paid any heed to my request. They are saying your request is not recorded so we are helpless. I made them remind that if it was so then on what basis you have sent the massage regarding balance of my account. As per your practice and my experience I have never received an sms regarding balance showing figures.
Thus by the careless attitude of Videocon D2H employee I was made to suffer loss of my whole account balance which was more than Rs 300-00 and huge mental agony. I came back on[protected] and I was supposed to make a call for relocation but this attitude is very allarming and this practice of private cable DTH service operator needs to be called of and the licence are supposed to be cancelled and they be burdened with heavy costs.

dear sir my customer id is 27928770 i omprakash rana my cell no. is [protected] from two month i am very harash from your service of customercare my first complain no. is 35861057 and second is 36603140 but nothing any action on my complain as per advice your company that please send me your bank statement copy but i have already sent on email id [protected]@d2h.com many time but nothing any response from you. so i am again requesting to you please refund my 300 rupeese or recharge in my d2h account of Rs. 300/-
