my customer id is 76013558.mobile-[protected]..i had activated A la carte pack,i badly wanted to deactivate it and want to activate my base pack-south silver again....kindly deavtivate all my A la carte packs and activate the base pack...i am struggling by doing this mistake...i had asked customer care centre,they asked me to approach online...kindly do help me in changing my pack...
