[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — No signal

I am having d2h since Feb, 2010 and since then it is giving trouble everyday. Their Customer care people are inefficient and even uneducated, so they are not capable to handle customers. No satisfactory reply is provided. For my product D2H every time I am making complaint, but no response. My recent complant No. 16605138 dated 8.8.2010, and I was told that the engr will come 24-48 hrs, but nobody came. I am fed up with their product. They are deducting balance from the package and we are not able to see the programs. How ironic it is!. I do not rrecommend anybody to buy videocon product at all.

my d2h is not having signals since last week, I have made atleast 15 complaints via phone n mail but it has not been resolved yet, every time they make false promise that it will be resolved within 8 hours but nothing has been resolved

last three days my set box showing no signal last night i com plaited to call centre and the rejected my complaint work order no:[protected] but i forget to give my changes of address from morning i am trying to call centre but i am not reachable pls do need fully d2h id[protected]

my customer no. is[protected] and i have mirror connection and from last one day my setup box is showing no signal.And this problem occure every time whenever bad weather occured .And when i call to your customer care executives they tell us that we will forward your complain to our engineers and engineer visiting charge i.e 150 Rs have to pay by you. But Signal problem is not my fault its your responsibility and why i have to pay this amount.If my problem will not resolve shortly .I will take next step to go to consumer forum.

i m using d2h from last year but since last 3 days no signal is received. I have checked all cable connection but no issue in connection also I have called customer care but they could not solve this problem. Plz solve this problem as early as possible

hi my customer id is[protected] and package PLATINUM [protected]@ 590 per month. i have paid the entire amount in single payment mode. last 3 days i have been booked a complained "no singnal " but till now nobody visited . the DTH was activate on last week of may. i have been calling call center no 4 times a day but till now resolution. this is the common antina which is instaled in my bulding and thre are 7 people using this.
