As i m a senior citizen of 70 years my name is Devraj bhai Parekh i bought videocon d2h cable line my customer number is 12547712 at my house as i have done many complaints on my name but videocon is not giving me any responce please do help me ouit and solve my matter as soon as possible my complaints number are as follow 55011117 55393940 55607337 55607650 56015619 56232867 56232494 Was this information helpful? | |||

noone has taken my complaint about seriousy. because i don't get signal for past 14 days, i complaint them 8 times. but noone turned up. my tv is also become black and white, due to their three pin cord. at the time of installation also this was happened after changing the cord, at that times color also gone from tv. then they changed the cord and get thecolor back.
