[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Wrong balance deduction

Hi,
My Name is Mohd Vaish Khan, I was using videocon d2h connection service, what happened when i recharge my d2h connection second time through HDFC net banking service, the same day my 200 Rs was deducted by videocon d2h, moreover 10 south Indian channel added on my account, Even i did not request of it, when i got message from d2h that 4 movie has been activated on your account, then i made them call and told then is there any logic behind it, same day same time how can it possible i can watch four movies or south Indian channel which i don't have idea. I have been mentally harassed by videocon. i have called them several times and get locked my request but, i did not get any response, kindly get resolved the issue or advice me to take further action as soon as possible.

Vediocon D2H service:

The service is frequently getting interrupted;
Even in slight wind or less rain the signal is getting interrupted; In good whether also, the service stops and resumes automatically and this happens in a cyclic manner not even withstanding for a one second. If called to customer service, the customer care executive notes down the complaint and give a complaint number and tells that it will be attended by their engineer, but has to be paid the amount that the engineer demands.
I strongly disagree that the engineer for attending this has to be paid. It is the duty of the D2H service to provide the uninterrupted service for the subscription paid as a cable does in a particular locality. Secondly the amount will not be disclosed to us by the customer care executive, but will be informed by the engineer on attending. If so, we are in atmost confusion and dilemma to continue the service or not.
