Videocon D2H — Not providing services | |||
Videocon d2h ID35455375, help desk is very much rude, despite solving problem they detach your phone, as in my case at least 10 call made to help desk for solution of a minor problem - they detach phone also hesitate in registering complaint. After repeated calls any how registered my complaint - but asking that service engineer will charge for visit whereas the product was installed in jan 2013 and well within Warranty. After warranty period my TV picture tube is off.so Last two years my TV is in dead condition I complaint to Videocon authorised service center which is named Take Care office which is situated at Agra road near ganpati mandir Kala talao Kalyan (W).Three times i complaints in that office several time i call but they not giving me positive reply & i wish to as early as possible give me service also i requested after warranty period within 1 month my picture tube is off so give me concession but till date they not provide me service & my TV is in dead condition

i have videocon plasma tv and his warranty is expire in[protected]this time my TV screen was some dark spot in display and i contact customer care in[protected], and 5 day later come service man in house and he say we change your TV screen but this time no stock available so we contact to you but at he no call at the time and i again to note complain but not respond so i want to solution in my tv problem and legal judgement
