Videocon D2H — not refunding funds and recharge amount | |||
Dear sir . I had bought a videocon d2h connection in the year 2011 it was a standard set up box. Last month i had seen an advertisement on videocon D2h website that you can exchange your existing standard setup box to hd box. I had place an order on line and received a call from there customer executives that product will be replaced in a day or two and for that you have to pay Rs-2290/- and you will get any pack for free for one month and Rs-1200/- to be credited to your account. I had make a payment to the dealer and the company engineer came to place and replace my box with hd box. The box was installed on 31.10.2012. From that day to till now i kept calling to there customer no . for my balance and also to resume the service which they discontinued without letting me know. I talked to there executives and they said that your balance is less so that you cannot view the channels until you recharge it. Now my query is this why should i have to recharge my account if they had promised me a free pack for one month apart from this they had not credited Rs-1200/- in m,y account. Yesterday i had called them and there executive told me that your issue will resolved till 4 p.m. Even there customer care no is STD no and they kept me on hold for 20-30 mins on an average and still giving no solution to my problem.
