[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — PACKAGE DOWNGRADE

Hi,my customer id is 76013558.my free subscription pack got over by 30th September so i had cald them to downgrade my pack to south silver and they said it can't be done today.and now i have been charged for south platinum hd,and my pack is not yet downgraded.please refund the money and downgrade my pack to south silver!

my customer id is 55616166 and I have been trying to get my customer registration done on the videocon d2h site. I have been trying for a year now. it is rejecting. i have complained to the customer care. They say they can't. who do i approach? Kindly help
