[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Reinstallation on event of relocation | |||
Its very disheartening that in spite of my repeated follow-ups telephonically and also repeated emails I have not received any feedback in written nor my installation is done I think I should forward these chain of mails to the Times of India group to publish this gross negligence of the Videocon as a brand. Hopefully the media and if not media than I think I can take it in the consumer court for the harassment and trouble caused. I have relocated from Delhi to Pune and want the product to be reinstalled at my new address. I have given the following request but till the product has not been installed with the reason that I have give a wrong pincode for my new address. This is a wrong excuses which is being given for the delay that has occurred for not attending my first request. This is a gross negligence from the company as a Videocon to the costumer I am enclosing all my request numbers and hoping for a prompt action. My request numbers for my customer ID 1736451 are : 1. 20135461 2. 20597097 3. 20656801 My new address is: 401, ERITHINIYA, NYATI ESTATE, OPP. DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL MOHAMADWADI PUNE -411060 MAHARASTRA Note: THE ABOVE PINCODE MENTIONED IS ABSOLUTLY CORRECT AS THE STATE GOVT. HAS ALLOTTTED THIS NEW PINCODE WHICH IS NOW APPROX. 2 YEARS EFFECTIVE THE OLD PINCODE WAS 411028. Such big negligence’s and harassment to customers from a reputed brand like VIDEOCON is not expected.
