[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — non installation of AV to RF converter

This is for your kind reference that I have installed d2h service for my domestic use .But after installation due to the absernce of AV to RF converter it was not possible to run my Tv on the setrvice . As per te terms , Videocon is supposed to provide the converter incase it is not available with the TV set, but inspite of that the dealer / customer care told me to install the same on my own . After I referred the User Guide Book, the customer care agrred to install the same and Installation Engineer came to attend the problem ( My Complaint No.21306030, dated:31/10/2010) same day with bare hand , without converter. After telephonic discussion with his superior the matter is still remains unattended which left me at the peak of my astonishment about the reputation of Videocon services .
