Videocon D2H — Poor Service / Rude Staff -

I purchased LCD along with which came a scheme that I can get the Videocon D2h free with installation and all I need to buy Rs 300 recharge voucher. I purchased the same and followed the instructions and today the installation guy came for the installation, my details are mentioned below:

The guy came and my wife was there, he was so rude in talking and in his behaviour. There is a complete 60Sqr meter Terrace available on top of the building where 3 dish are already installed. There could be many options for its installation but he was so adament, rude and kept on saying that cannot install the dish, there is no space, dish is big and blah and blah. He could easiy install on the boundary wall or options suggested but guess he did not want to make few steps on the ladder. Above all, he was talking rude to my wife when I was at office. He called up and said no space.

I lost faith in videocon before I could be one of its user with this type of service and wont recommend anyone else. Above all, Rs 300 got wasted anyhow. Even on the website, the customer care numbers are not working, and also the numbers provided for Zonal and nodal officers are again not working.

I hope someone will look through this and get back to me with the proper resolution and let me avail the d2h services of Videocon.
