[Resolved]  Videocon / d2h — set top box change

my d2h videocon connection was not working and hence i asked their service persons to attend. they attended and found that the set top box is faulty. They replaced it and asked for the complaint registration number. I request that that a complaint registration number may be provided for getting activated the new set top box.
